The Hunters have lived in the New Orleans area for the past 25 years, and bring with them years of professional experience. Chris Hunter, a Navy veteran who attended the University of Oklahoma, has worked in industrial and consumer sales. Cathy Hunter comes from a long career in healthcare, working in medical sales and management for Johnson and Johnson for the past two and a half decades. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Tulane.

The Hunters recognize the desire for the aging population to seek solutions that allow for them to age in place. The Hunters stated that one of the most exciting things about owning their own business is the opportunity to be home every night as a family with their 15 year-old twins - a son and a daughter, since heavy travel was a requirement of Cathy's former career. In their free time, the Hunters enjoy sailing, art, horticulture, reading, and volunteering for groups like Habitat for Humanity; but above all else, spending time with family. Many of their weekends are spent watching their daughter's softball team.
