Horton Properties manages more than 60 residential and commercial locations in and around the Nashville area, as well as some vacation rentals. McCombs will play an important role in managing leasing agreements for the Nashville real estate company.

McCombs acts as the first point of contact for any parties interested in getting more information on renting or leasing the wide range of properties managed by Horton. “One of the best things about having Pat on the management team is his availability and willingness to go the extra mile,” stated Horton Properties head of maintenance Rick Hyatt. “Whenever a tenant has a request or someone has a question about a property Pat is there to make certain everything gets handled.”
