Manny and Olga's founder, Manny Athanasakis announced the expansion at the fifth annual Manny and Olga's Employee Luncheon.

Athanasakis and his team of development specialists plan to expand the system with 6-10 units yearly; focusing in the Mid Atlantic area and surrounding states.

Athanasakis founded the company and remains in the company in the area of concept development and as a store owner. Manny and Olga's has used its Greek heritage as a selling point, and places emphasis on the fact that the company makes its own dough fresh daily and uses a special blend of Grande cheeses.
