In recent weeks, Morgan Drexen has implemented additional internal software to improve the complex flow of documentation in the quality control division. "The new software known internally as The Conditional Tree (TCT) prevents any loss of paperwork by fully automating the intake process using an computerized system. The quality controlled division is now alerted immediately to any new information in the system, this has improved efficiency and saved money as we are no longer dealing with physical documents or dealing with paper jams," says Dede Knox, supervisor of the Quality Control division at Morgan Drexen.

"As we develop and improve software for our external clients being the attorneys we support at Morgan Drexen, it is crucial that internal automated processes are continually updated and improved. This allows our internal clients, those being our employees to allow them the ability to provide the attorneys we support at Morgan Drexen with better and improved services," says Morgan Drexen COO Rita Augusta.

Morgan Drexen supports 66 law firms throughout North America and more than a one hundred attorneys. "The design and implementation of the TCT took 2 months and has allowed for a 10-15 minute time saving for each file passing through the quality control division," adds Knox.

In recent months, the attorneys supported by Morgan Drexen have reduced more consumer debt by more than $354 million and over 100,000 settlements using automated integrated platforms.

Recently Morgan Drexen celebrated its 5th Year working in the legal support services industry and recently joined the Association of Litigation Support Professionals (ALSP).
