HONG KONG -- (Marketwire) -- 05/29/12 -- Technic has announced the completion of its new Advanced Technical Center (ATC) at the Company's Hong Kong headquarters. The facility already supports Technic's Hong Kong / China customer base with full manufacturing capability, warehouse operations, QA service laboratories, as well as sales, marketing and administrative functions.

The Advanced Technical Center houses applications engineering and instrument laboratories that focus on new product development as well as application optimization and process scale-ups. The center, along with our existing test labs and pilot equipment in our Asian facilities, will boost applications engineering activities and technical support to customers in the region. Working closely with Technic's global R&D and technical centers, ATC will speed up new product development and the commercialization process for critical target markets, including electronic components, semiconductor, PWB, LED and Solar.

Technic's Asia Pacific Technology Team at the new Advanced Technical Center will also partner with local Universities and industry in the development of innovative and proactive products that closely meet our customer market needs in Asia.
