Ascend Corp President, Rollis Fontenot III said the reason for the promotion is that Bartholomew is actively involved in healthcare leadership and is 100 percent focused on helping our clients acquire the talent they seek. Bartholomew assists not only with strategic relationships, but with outside vendors as well.
Bartholomew is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives and is especially focused on working directly with hospitals and other healthcare organizations.

She has worked for the company since February 2012 and most enjoys the training and support offered by Ascend. She was the COO of her own company before coming to Ascend and has a Masters of Health Service Administration. She says the promotion has enabled her to work more closely with client relations.
