Marchese has joined the staff as Director of Sales in the New York office. A veteran of nearly 25 years in the hotel industry, Marchese has specialized in luxury hotels and in serving clients in the New York City area for most of her career.

Marchese was most recently Director of Business Development for Executive Meetings and Incentives Inc. Prior to that she spent 10 years with the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company LLC serving as Director of Global Accounts in the New York Global Sales Office. While with Ritz-Carlton, she received the Golden Circle Chairman's Circle Award for outstanding sales achievement.

A graduate of the City University of New York, Marchese began her career with Marriott Hotels and Resorts and the Marriott Marquis Hotel, where she learned all aspects of the business from restaurant manager to catering sales manager to senior sales manager. She left Marriott to serve as National Sales Manager for The Roosevelt Hotel, where she repositioned and reestablished the reputation of the newly renovated landmark hotel as a premier meeting facility.

Marchese has also served as Regional Director of Business Development for Interstate Hotels Corporation and National Sales Manager for Associated Luxury Hotels International
