The Arthritis Walk®, part of the Let's Move Together® movement, is the Arthritis Foundation's nationwide signature event that supports public awareness and raises funds to fight arthritis, the nation's most common cause of disability. Joining the 2012 walk is a way to help improve the lives of the 50 million men, women and children with arthritis.
Locally, the goal for the 2012 Dallas walk is to raise $200,000.
Get your company involved or recruit friends and family members to form a team. The funds raised will support critical Arthritis Foundation research and discoveries, public health initiatives and public policy efforts to improve the lives of people with arthritis.
The walk will be held at Park Central, located at 12700 Park Central in Dallas, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
