NTE Selected for Trading Partner Connectivity and Streamlined Support of Order-to-Cash Process

Organic Valley has replaced its existing VAN solutions for trading partner connectivity, with NTE's B2B Collaboration - a flexible solution which can be customized to supply information in whatever form required to address a business partner's unique data integration and collaboration needs.
Prior to the NTE implementation, Organic Valley utilized a combination of disparate VANs and mapping software solutions for managing connectivity and transactions with all its trading partners - a solution which was not only expensive, but offered no integration or validation of transaction data.
The team at Organic Valley struggled to keep up with mappings of new trading partners, updates to existing ones, and sheer transaction volume. Issues arose with regard to how to validate transactional data before passing it through to the customer in the form of an electronic invoice, and the VANs provided no added value to the order-to-cash transaction flow.
