Southern office of Vietnam Airlines said it is carrying out the promotion program "discount for booking in advance" for passengers buying tickets one or two months in advance.

This promotion program will be applied from now till December 31 for return tickets from Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore.

In fact, return tickets from Ho Chi Minh City to Kuala Lumpur are priced at 399.000 Vnd (19 USD) for passengers booking two months in advance and 1,26 million Vnd (60 USD) for passengers booking one month in advance for Ho Chi Minh City - Singapore/Kuala Lumpur/Bangkok air routes.

Vietnam Airlines says booking in advance will allow it to control seats and exploit them more effectively, contributing to reduction of unnecessary costs, thus providing passengers with services at a reasonable price.

Apart from this program, Vietnam Airline has been implementing an attractive promotion program with 37% discount compared with normal price for passengers buying business class ticket to Bangkok, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur.

Specifically, Ho Chi Minh City - Singapore/ Kuala Lumpur air routes have price of 8.4 billion Vnd (399 USD) and Ho Chi Minh City - Bangkok route with price of 6.3 billion Vnd (299 USD). These prices apply for departures from May 27 to December 31.
